My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Lichfield was cracking because there is no hard sale tactics they listen to what your needs are and offer various different models that could fit the requirements you are looking for it’s 4years since I purchased my ford ranger from them but when I went in to enquire about the Astra I was met with hello mr INSLEY have you come to sell your ranger and how’s it going it’s comments like that that makes a customer feel appreciated I’m old school that goes a long way with me keep on with what your doing guys you are a great team many thanks I’ll be back !!!

The experience at Vertu Vauxhall Lichfield was decent but the Manager was quite confrontational when negotiating a decent price on the vehicle we gave in part exchange.
