I had a great experience at Vertu Vauxhall Lichfield because most dealers treat people like idiots and assume everyone wants the same thing; Vertu dealer asked me what was important in a car to me (e.g. prestige, boot space). There was no hard sell or "greasy used salesman". They took really good care of me at the dealership.
